Can I move from Free to Enterprise later?
Yes. Start free and reach out for an Enterprise quotation when you need higher limits or a custom deployment.
What counts as a device?
Anything that sends signals under its own credentials - a sensor node, a gateway, a machine.
What happens if I exceed my sample rate?
Samples above your plan's rate are dropped, not billed. You'll never get a surprise invoice.
Do you offer self-hosted or on-premise deployments?
For Enterprise customers, yes - contact us for a quotation.
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes - the Free tier has no time limit. Move to Enterprise only when you actually need more.
