Delete your IoT Manager account
You can request deletion of your personal IoT Manager account at any time. This page explains how the request is handled; for the full legal detail, see the Privacy Policy.
How it works

Request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email associated with your account to:

Identity verification
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm the request comes from the account owner.

30-day pending period
Once accepted, the account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days, to guard against errors or unauthorized requests.

Deletion or anonymization
After the pending period, personal account data is deleted or anonymized.
What gets deleted
- Personal profile information
- Google authentication association
- Personal preferences
- Active sessions and session credentials
- Push notification tokens
What is not deleted
Deleting a personal account does not delete data belonging to an organization you were a member of, including:
- Organization projects and devices
- Telemetry and dashboards
- Alerts and shared configurations
- Operational history
Organization-controlled data can only be deleted by an owner or authorized administrator of that organization, following the same request, verification, and 30-day process.
